About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Development team. As our Development Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager and the Development team on Duchy developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to general enquiries and maintain logs recording general enquiries and responses
- Maintain filing systems and work with the Project Manager to maintain and develop financial reporting and health and safety systems
- Meet and greet visitors, prepare rooms for meetings, and help coordinate VIP visits to Duchy developments
- Liaise with the Finance team to monitor and manage payments, process invoices, and update budget records
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
