We're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing medicines optimisation services and ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care.

Your primary focus will be on providing a dispensary and wing-based clinical pharmacy service, working closely with our Lead Pharmacist to provide medicines management support across multiple wings.

You'll be responsible for delivering an integrated, safe, legal, and high-quality prison pharmaceutical service, meeting contractual obligations and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters to ensure a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners.
  • Work closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team to ensure that the provision of service meets contractual obligations.
  • Develop and deliver an integrated pharmacy service that prioritises patient safety, quality, and outcomes.
