Job Overview:


We are working with a leading telecoms solutions provider to find a strong Regional Sales Manager to cover Bristol/Cardiff/Newport/Swindon/Bath/Gloucester/Cheltenham/Chippenham.



Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£45,000 plus car allowance and OTE uncapped.



Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager:



  • You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales targets by selling fixed line, hosted telephony, and mobile hardware and solutions contracts.
  • You will establish and nurture client relationships and understand market dynamics to effectively position products and maximise sales revenue.
  • You will attend sales appointments booked by the Internal Telesales Team and those you have self-generated, ensuring products meet customer demands while maximising the sales opportunity.
  • You will negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company offerings and the competitive landscapes.
  • You will create self-generated leads for potential appointments and a pipeline for future business opportunities.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Experience as a sales professional, ideally with telecoms experience, with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure sales.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
  • A strong focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
