Join Our Team:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care solutions that promote independence and dignity.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant where you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and providing emotional support to our clients. You will also contribute to the development of individualized care plans, working closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

What You'll Get:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training, uniform and PPE provision, death in service payment, pension scheme, and access to our benefits and wellbeing platform. You can expect a competitive salary of £12 per hour plus 25p mileage, totaling approximately £13,392 per year based on a 35-hour week.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach. No prior experience in social care is required, but you must be willing to learn and develop your skills as part of our close-knit team.
