About the Role

As a Corporate Finance Associate at Roke, you will play a key role in supporting the Investment Director in driving business growth and delivering strategic transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in financial analysis, modeling, and stakeholder management, while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and clients
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, including financial projections and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and data analytics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to demonstrate financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of a technology-focused sector, with a desire to learn and grow
