Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our out-of-hours Claims team. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that all customers reporting an incident receive the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely resolutions to their claims.
- Assess incident liability for repair management and ensure that all customers receive the highest standard of customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the Claims team to ensure that all claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the service provided.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain the highest standards in your work. You will also have a strong understanding of computer software systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
