**Clinical Leadership Opportunity:**

Nurse Seekers Careers is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team as a RGN Team Manager in Edinburgh and the Lothian region.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care while maintaining their independence.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing a team of care staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Requirements:**

  • RGN qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing a team or service
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Registration with the SSSC

**Salary Estimate:** £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
