The RoleThe Onboarding Administrator will provide high-quality onboarding and pre-employment administration services, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Key responsibilities include processing requests for criminal record checks, employment references, and other pre-employment screening checks. The role involves liaising with recruiting managers, resource consultants, and candidates to achieve a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to engaged talent, either directly or through third-party engagement.
- Focus on achieving talent engagement in line with client KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate workforce data to enable management information to be provided to clients.
- Ensure all talent have signed contracts and are aware of and comply with company, client, and statutory requirements.
- Complete pre-employment onboarding, vetting, and screening checks as outlined by customers, utilizing appropriate technology.
- Provide timely updates to talent and suppliers regarding onboarding and work closely with Talent Resourcing Partners.
- Issue new and updated contracts to directly engaged candidates across multiple engagement methods.
- Support Supply Chain Partners with confirmation of assignment details and updates while on assignment.
- Contribute to internal audits and data management.
- Experience in pre-employment screening.
- Knowledge of UK Right to Work eligibility.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional accuracy and consistency in managing processes.
- Developed communication and relationship management skills via phone and email.
- Aptitude for IT, including strong word and excel skills.
- BPSS Security Clearance required for the role.
