Interim HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading not-for-profit organisation in North Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and BAU HRBP experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on HR issues, policies, and legislation.
  • Leading on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Collaborating with other HRBPs to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in line with current legislation and best practices.
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the company culture.
  • Participating in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Contributing to the development of a healthy organisational culture that fosters a high-performance and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an HRBP role.
