We are seeking a highly experienced Planner to join our Land & Planning team at Thomas Gray. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business in delivering high-quality homes and communities across England.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Local Authority, Consultancy, and mainstream house building, with a minimum of 6 years' experience. You will possess excellent local knowledge and the ability to think strategically, providing support and advice throughout the planning process.

We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, while also being able to work independently on complex projects. If you have a passion for planning and a desire to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in delivering high-quality homes and communities across England
  • Work closely with the Land & Planning team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice and support throughout the planning process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in Local Authority, Consultancy, and mainstream house building
  • Excellent local knowledge and understanding of the planning process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
