Job Title: Audio Production Manager

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Production Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality audio experiences at live events.

Salary: £52,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have outstanding technical knowledge of audio production, project management, and planning skills. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of audio services at large-scale events, working closely with clients, venues, and agency production managers. Your expertise will include researching market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide creative input to clients and colleagues to develop concepts that enhance events.
  • Curate, plan, manage, and oversee technical installations on large-scale events.
  • Conduct site visits and engage in high-level conversations with clients, venues, and agency production managers.
  • Research market trends to identify and develop technical solutions for events.
  • Assist in monitoring KPIs for all aspects of delivery to measure performance and foster accountability.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding technical knowledge of audio production and project management/planning skills.
  • Deep technical knowledge in at least one audio visual discipline.
  • Good understanding of rigging, power, cable management, and event-based health and safety.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM software.
