**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate History Teacher to join our team in a full-time position with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR). The ideal candidate will have experience teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, and will be committed to delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage pupils.

The successful candidate will lead and support initiatives within the Humanities department, developing and delivering a curriculum that encourages critical thinking and a passion for History. They will also monitor and assess pupil progress, contributing to a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a History Teacher to take on leadership responsibilities and shape the future of inquisitive learners while developing their own career in a dynamic and inclusive setting.

**What We're Looking For**

  • A subject specialist with a proven passion for teaching History
  • Experience teaching at both KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience being advantageous
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

**Salary Information**

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional TLR payment.
