Bank Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant in the Staff Bank Office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, handling Bank calls and working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling Bank calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Working collaboratively with the administrative team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports to support team performance.
Requirements:
- Previous call handling experience is essential, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.
- Previous NHS administrative experience is desirable, with a good understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and Bank holidays, to meet the needs of the team.
