Job Title: Sustainable Agriculture Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sustainable Agriculture Expert to join our team at Agrii. As a key member of our South Team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored nutrient management plans for our valued farming customers in the South West region.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and exceptional attention to detail for accurate planning and documentation. Additionally, you should possess self-motivation and the ability to work independently. A company car is included with this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and compliant Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs) promptly.
- Conduct soil sampling and gather on-farm data to inform recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve agreed objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and customers, responding to emails and completing administrative tasks as required.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by your Line Manager.
- Ensure your work practices align with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.

About Our Company:
At Agrii, we pride ourselves on supporting UK agriculture through innovative solutions and expert advice. As a Sustainable Agriculture Expert, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to meet environmental standards while enhancing productivity. This fixed-term contract comes with a salary of £25,000-£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
