Job Summary

This is a dynamic teaching assistant role, initially based in Key Stage 1, to support a child on a 1:1 basis. The successful applicant must demonstrate enthusiasm to work as part of a team, ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers, and a positive attitude towards work. The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to use initiative. The role requires commitment to providing a high-quality service and awareness of the importance of confidentiality. The successful candidate will work in a supportive team within a positive setting, with high levels of initiative and flexibility essential. Excellent communication skills are also required.
