As a Group Accountant, you will play a critical role in leading the core monthly reporting and close work, supporting and reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the collection and consolidation of monthly submissions from our subsidiary companies
* Provide timely financial reporting to senior members of the business
* Work closely with the Group CFO, GFC, and PwC to develop the annual financial reporting and audit improvements plan
* Identify and drive continuous improvements across our financial reporting and consolidation processes
* Control and review key Group Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Support on ad-hoc projects and requests

Requirements:

* UK Financial Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA)
* Confident in advanced MS Excel techniques
* Experience of working in a Group Finance team and with numerous non-finance stakeholders
