We are seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in a dynamic role. The ideal candidate will join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role:

As a Hearing Care Professional with HearUSA, you will be passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, deliver high-quality client care, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to support walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • Excellent communication skills to establish a professional rapport with clients and team members
