About the Role:

The successful candidate will work directly with pupils in and outside of the classroom, taking responsibility for supporting their learning of the curriculum and leading targeted interventions. They will also coordinate between teachers, parents, and the wider pastoral team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the SENDCO, speech and language therapist, and external agencies to provide specialist support to our pupils. They will also have the chance to lead the work of the academy in supporting specific pupils or meeting specific special education needs.
