Are you a skilled Fabricator seeking a new challenge? Acorn by Synergie is hiring experienced professionals to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £11.44 to £13.00 per hour, based on experience and skills level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, performing tasks such as crimping, routing, drilling, assembling, and general machining of curtain walling, windows, and doors. They will also maintain accurate job records, follow procedures and instructions related to safety and quality, and operate independently as part of a collaborative team.

We are looking for candidates with proficiency in using tools such as Double headed saw, Notching saw, cross-cut saw, Pillar drill, Punch tools etc. Strong ability to interpret design drawings and execute fabrication processes effectively is essential. A dedication to safety protocols and quality standards is also required. Initiative to work independently and as part of a team, and motivation to achieve quality, productivity, and skill development targets are essential qualities for this role.
