Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Gastro Pub Bar Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to customers.

  • A competitive salary of 30,000 GBP + Tronc bonus (around 6.55k GBP).
