About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leading Experience Manager to join our team at KidZania. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our young visitors, ensuring they have a memorable and engaging time with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience Delivery: Implement the activity plan for each establishment, adhering to KidZania's essence and operating standards. This includes pre-activity preparation, main activity execution, and post-activity cleaning and restoration.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • KidZania DeKalogue Principles: Uphold the principles of KidZania's DeKalogue in daily activities, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Incident Management: Log, report, and follow up on incidents within the establishment, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory checks for consumables and equipment, maintaining accurate records and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Logistics and Supplies: Gather consumables from the warehouse, maintaining a tidy and organized storage area for efficient operations.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure visitor safety and security within the establishment and facility, reporting any concerns or issues to management.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in education, pedagogy, psychology, communication, or hospitality management being desirable.
  • No Experience Required: While prior experience is not necessary, we encourage applicants with a passion for working with children and special needs children.
  • Language Proficiency: Intermediate-level English proficiency is essential for effective communication with colleagues and visitors.
