Financial Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team in Carmarthen. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial planning advice to clients and growing your own client bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial planning advice to clients through a mixture of in-person, virtual, and phone-based meetings
  • Grow your own client bank through proactive activities, including referrals, networking, and social media
  • Convert business opportunities provided by the company into new clients
  • Work closely with the company's administrators, paraplanners, and compliance managers to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice
  • Proven track record of converting business opportunities into new clients
  • Chartered status or close to achieving it
Benefits:
  • Salary of £50,000 - £75,000 subject to experience and qualifications
  • Holiday pay, phone, laptop, and bonus structure
  • Home-based role with travel to meet clients in person and use of regional offices
  • Self-employed option available
