About the Opportunity

Oxygene Ltd is looking for a skilled Graphic Artist to join our team. This position involves creating compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
  • Create engaging web designs that are user-friendly and visually appealing, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Edit videos and photographs to create polished content for promotional materials.
  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, and other design software to develop creative concepts from initial idea through to final execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and output.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  2. Experience with web design principles and familiarity with WordPress is highly desirable.
  3. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus for enhancing web design capabilities.
  4. Strong digital design skills with a focus on creating visually striking graphics.
  5. Video editing experience is beneficial for producing multimedia content.
  6. A background in photography can enhance the quality of visual assets produced.
  7. Familiarity with CorelDraw is an advantage but not mandatory.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate design ideas.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Terms and Conditions

  • This position offers a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour.
  • The expected hours of work are 37.5 per week.
  • The job type is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.
