They are passionate about transforming the workplace into a place that helps people grow through their people-first mindset. With offices in the UK and US, they are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to oversee and manage their key Supply Chains and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management, with strong negotiation and contract management skills. They will be proficient in procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supply chain relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services.

The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks in the supply chain.
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand and anticipate their procurement needs.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and standards.
  • Negotiating favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Monitoring contract performance and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Overseeing the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery.
  • Implementing and maintaining procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Monitoring and managing the procurement budget, ensuring expenditures align with financial objectives.
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
  • Tracking and reporting on key procurement metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement cycle times.
  • Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to procurement activities, including supply chain disruptions and quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. They will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
