About the Role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing tasks while serving as the main contact point for the client and the Operations Team. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work away from home when required, undertaking duties at night and on weekends as necessary.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery
  • Deliver the work programme to the client on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct weekly site inspections and submit associated paperwork.
  • Manage all sub-contractors and site visitors, ensuring their safety during works.
  • Deliver Toolbox talk training sessions and complete associated paperwork.
Health and Safety
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with our SHE Management system, without posing a danger to workers, sub-contractors, site visitors, or members of the public.
  • Comply with site safety rules and our Health and Safety Policies and Standards.
  • Ensure all sites are left clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
  • Complete daily vehicle and plant checks before use.
Requirements
  • CSCS Supervisor Card
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • NRSWA Accreditation
  • CPCS training in Excavators/Dumpers/Rollers and/or HIAB
  • Experience in Drainage/Earthworks/Road Construction
  • Conversant with CDM/Principal Contractor duties
  • ITP Quality Checks
  • CAT & Genny
  • First Aid Certification
  • Good IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
