Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the management of financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and credit control
- Assist in the preparation of detailed monthly management reports and provide commentary on areas of interest
- Supervise the outsourced payroll function and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Work closely with the directors on projects and day-to-day operations
- Assist in training and developing members of the finance team
The ideal candidate will have several years of high-level finance experience, either part- or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by vocational experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment. Confidence in using cloud-based accounting platforms is desirable.
