About the Role

We are seeking an excellent Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
