The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our team at our flagship concrete products site at Hulland Ward.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing the health, safety, and welfare of employees within the team.

You will be expected to comply with all company standards, HSE legislation, and our values of Zero Harm at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Effectively manage the health, safety, and welfare of employees within the team.
  2. Comply with all company standards, HSE legislation, and our values of Zero Harm.
  3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including manufacturing cost reductions and site PPM schemes.
  4. Maintain product quality standards and identify and react to non-conformances.
  5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all other factory teams.
