About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant at Advantage Healthcare. In this rewarding role, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Care for people of all ages with conditions such as Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:
  • No prior social care experience required, but a caring attitude is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on location).
