Human Resources Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to provide comprehensive support to our manufacturing team. As a trusted HR professional, you will deliver advice and support on employee development and performance management, while efficiently handling HR transactions and contributing to site improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management on employee development and performance management.
  • Handle HR transactions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and nurture a positive workplace culture, promoting inclusivity and performance-driven initiatives.
  • Contribute to site improvement projects, enhancing overall operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  • Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
