About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, to play a key role in the management and direction of our Civil Engineering projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing build costs, maximizing margin, and enhancing value for our clients, while achieving the required standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage build costs and maximize margin on Civil Engineering projects
  • Enhance value for our clients through effective cost management and quality control
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering sector
  • Experience working on Heavy Civils and Infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of cost management and budgeting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
