We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Classroom Mentor. This role involves providing vital support to teaching teams and ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their learning. As a Classroom Mentor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, while making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and promoting student engagement.
- Support students with additional needs, providing tailored guidance and resources to help them succeed.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to improve student outcomes and promote academic excellence.
Requirements:
- A valid Enhanced DBS disclosure and eligibility to work in the UK or hold a relevant work visa.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Salary:
£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
