Avenue Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Specialist to work in our central London office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the lettings process from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting property viewings, preparing tenancy agreements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

You will also build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. A minimum of 2/3 years experience in lettings is required for this role.

As a Residential Property Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £35,000 + £45,000/£50,000 OTE, depending on your level of experience.
