Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage external consultants to ensure project goals are met.
  • Create, update, and monitor detailed design programmes to ensure all project deliverables and milestones are met on time.
  • Assist in drafting comprehensive appointment documents, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and appointing specialist consultants for unique design elements.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, from key milestones to potential risks, ensuring the architecture team and stakeholders are fully informed at every stage.
