About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pensar Construction Group. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects in the water and wastewater critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a relevant trade
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Experience in Water and Wastewater critical infrastructure
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of project management principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Willingness to travel to regional project sites as required
