Client Director

We are seeking a seasoned Client Director to join our team at Davies, a multi award-winning specialist professional services and technology business. As a Client Director, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining trusted relationships with our clients, driving growth and profitability through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and deliver client plans with clear relationship development and growth objectives to ensure sustainable profitable account growth.
  • Monitor and address pricing levels across client accounts, securing price enhancements with clients to maintain viability of service delivery.
  • Provide forecasts on future volumes and work shares by claim type based on insights gathered from client stakeholders to support operational planning.
  • Develop and agree targeted KPIs and SLAs with clients and closely monitor adherence, service standards and MI quality.
  • Proactively pursue client growth opportunities in line with Davies proposal management protocols to ensure targeted, timely and qualified responses to identified client needs.
Requirements:
  • Significant relationship management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communicator experienced in identifying and building trusted relationships with influencers and decision makers within client organisations.
  • Extensive knowledge of the property insurance market, ideally in a claims management context.
