Operations Manager Role Overview
Hunter Savage is a leading global manufacturer seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Site Leadership Team. This pivotal role involves optimising manufacturing processes, driving productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across all business areas, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive performance to achieve production, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a large cross-functional team, fostering innovation and problem-solving.
  • Actively contribute to the Site Leadership Team, collaborating with the Plant Manager to embed a high-performance culture.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonus, benefits, and overtime opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) with a proven track record of driving efficiencies.
  • Strong ability to operate strategically and tactically within operations.
  • Experience leading performance and cultural improvements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Location:
This role is based in Co. Londonderry, UK, and requires eligibility to work in the UK.
