Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our clients' employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative health strategies to reduce health risks and improve employee wellbeing
- Provide medical care and guidance to employees, including health assessments and advice on sickness and absence management
- Work closely with HR teams to develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives
- Conduct health risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive healthcare services
Requirements:
- GMC Registration and license to practice in the UK
- Occupational Health Diploma
- Experience of providing OH services in a corporate setting
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with telemedicine and electronic data records
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional partnering
