Sustainability and Health Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability and Health Safety Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust and commercially viable sustainability strategy, integrating sustainability requirements into procurement processes.
- Work with the Senior Management Team to establish baselines and set sustainability KPI's, monitoring and reviewing progress and outcomes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Contribute to the tender process by demonstrating commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate sustainable dietary options and provide suggestions to improve business-wide understanding of sustainability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE strategies to improve standards in line with industry best practices, actively promoting a safety culture.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and venues to ensure management and implementation of safety procedures, ensuring company policies and practices are regularly updated to comply with all aspects of current UK H&S legislation.
