We're seeking a highly skilled Head Bartender to lead our bar team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

• Prepare and serve cocktails with style, flair, and attention to detail
• Manage staff food and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a great experience
• Maintain knowledge of wine and cocktails, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure seamless service delivery

• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails, with the ability to make recommendations
• Ability to work fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
