**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct mechanical fitting and electrical troubleshooting on CNC machines
  • Interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
  • Install, troubleshoot, and service CNC machinery at various UK locations
  • Work with Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain control systems (experience in these systems is advantageous)
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and best practices
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with customers
  • Submit service reports to the service office
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying leads for new machine sales, service contracts, and spare parts

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A valid UK driving license
  • Experience with CNC machine tools in a field service or similar role
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of machine tool alignment/geometry
  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
