Preconstruction Manager

About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Design Manager to support the management of the design process for our new build and refurbishment projects in the Bristol area.
">In this role, you will work closely with our senior design manager to manage information flow for schemes through late second-stage preconstruction and construction phases.
">Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the design team's activities and ensuring they meet project deadlines;">
- Reviewing construction design information for buildability and compliance with contractors' proposals;">
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, design team members, and construction teams;">
- Chairing regular design team meetings and ensuring key dates are achieved.">">
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
