Aspens Services Ltd is a leading contract catering company specializing in school food. Our team combines knowledge of the education sector with trends in the food world, encouraging creativity and excitement in our kitchens. We're looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team and support us in providing fantastic food experiences for children.
The Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will support our team in basic food preparation and provide excellent service to students and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on the tills during service (full training will be provided)
- Cleaning duties within the kitchen
- Ensuring Health & safety compliance is met
- Providing a friendly and polite customer service for all
About You
We need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools. You should have previous catering experience, have worked as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and have basic knowledge of health and safety practices. If you have your Food Hygiene level 2, that's a bonus
