We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Supervisor to join our team at Fego Operations Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.

About the Role:

  • As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, overseeing an established team, and ensuring their development and training continue.
  • You will work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive sales growth.
  • Key responsibilities include leading by example, motivating and developing the team, and maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • You will also be responsible for managing stock, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a restaurant environment is essential.
  • You must be able to work using initiative and with limited instruction, have an ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time with a flexible approach.
  • Strong leadership and management skills are required, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • You must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment, leading the team from the front on the floor as part of service.
