As a Senior Kitchen Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in managing the food operation. About the Role:
This Senior Kitchen Assistant position involves working closely with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen, prepare and present high-quality dishes, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen equipment is well-maintained, and contributing to the overall success of the food operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen assistant
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this Senior Kitchen Assistant position is between £35,520 and £46,320 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a 52-week year.
