Job Title: Deputy Head of Prudential Regulatory Reporting

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Prudential Regulatory Reporting to lead our Regulatory Reporting team in London. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned regulatory reporting professional to take on a leadership role and drive the development of our reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 7 FTEs in the preparation and submission of prudential regulatory returns, including COREP, liquidity, and BOE.
  • Oversee the review and technical challenge of regulatory returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Change team to enhance and automate existing regulatory reporting processes.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory Policy team to ensure timely identification and implementation of regulatory policy.
  • Develop and maintain key capital, leverage, liquidity, and other CRD IV disclosures in Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive prudential regulatory reporting experience from the Banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital, Liquidity, and BOE prudential regulations.
  • Proven experience of managing a small to medium-sized team.
  • Track record in identifying areas of process improvements.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong academic background.

This is a high-profile role within the bank, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with key stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Treasury. The bank offers a hybrid flexible environment with 3 days in the office and realistic career progression opportunities.
