We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision making across our organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, building predictive models, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyse data from various sources to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems, such as forecasting, customer segmentation, and process optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst, preferably in a business-facing role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and data manipulation libraries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with agile software development practices.
