Our client, a leading manufacturer of award-winning breads and morning goods, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.
As the main technical contact, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality, food safety, and legality on site, ensuring compliance with customer and third-party standards. You will drive continuous improvement in site standards by advising operations and engineering teams on technical matters, identifying issues, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain factory standards through auditing
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve site standards
- Ensure compliance with customer and third-party standards
Reporting and Key Relationships:
The role reports to the Senior Technical Manager and has key contacts with the Technical Director and Technical Services Manager.
