About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Residential Youth Worker to join our team at North Lakes. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to young individuals in a residential setting.

This is a part-time position with a 30-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary of £18,642.94 per annum (pro rata) with the potential to earn up to £21,900.22 with sleep-in shifts. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a higher salary of £19,312.80 per annum (pro rata), with the possibility of earning up to £22,570.08 with sleep-in shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to residents
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to resident care planning
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development

We are looking for someone with experience in childcare or education, who is passionate about working with young people and has excellent communication skills. You will be based in Carlisle and will work a shift pattern that includes evenings and weekends.
