Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dementia and Elderly Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ignis Care Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with dementia and elderly care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess, plan, and implement tailored care plans for residents
* Provide compassionate and responsive care to residents with various physical and mental health needs
* Lead and support care staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and care standards
* Maintain all residents' dignity, rights, and well-being at all times

Requirements:

* Valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified)
* Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care
* Prior experience in elderly care, dementia, or learning disabilities is advantageous but not essential
